Jeffrey Rosner did his undergraduate work at Boston University (BU), graduating in 1996 Magna cum laude. While at BU he was active at the Hillel, Vice President of AIPAC, had a radio show at the student station, announced BU basketball games, played on several intramural champion softball and football teams and was the lead in the Arthur Miller play Broken Glass.

In 1996, he moved to Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he worked at Baseball America and then spent a year as Program Director for Hillel serving five schools in the Greensboro area (including UNC Greensboro, Elon College and Guilford College). He also served as a substitute announcer and a call screener at WUNC, the local NPR affiliate, for a number of years and pitched in an amateur baseball league for over 10 years winning three championships.

In 1999 he attended the University of North Carolina Law School, where he received his J.D in 2002 and made Deans List in his final four semesters. Admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2002, he spent two years at a small real estate firm in Chapel Hill before starting his own practice. His practice focused mainly on real estate including representing purchasers, sellers, owners, builders, and subcontractors on purchases, sales, refinances, lien enforcement, and defense of lien claims. He also represented landlords and tenants through reviewing, drafting and enforcing leases and brought quiet title actions to enforce cancellation of deeds of trust. In addition, his practice consisted of estate planning and administration, and civil litigation mainly in areas of real estate, breach of contract, and unfair debt collection, He also devoted many hours to pro bono work including fielding calls for the Women's Center and reviewing legal memos by law students for the Community Legal Project at UNC.

In 2011, Jeffrey moved to Wynnewood, PA and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.

Jeffrey is married and has three children. Jeff also plays softball (he retired from baseball) and flag football.
